Step 1: Let’s Chat
It all starts with a conversation. Reach out through our contact form, give us a call, or send an email. We’ll talk through your project, answer your questions, and figure out the best path forward.
Need a quote? Fill out our quote request form to get started.
Step 2: Design & Artwork Approval
Got a design already? Awesome. Need help? We’ve got creative pros who can bring your idea to life. You’ll get mockups and proofs to review—and we won’t move forward until you say it’s perfect.
Step 3: Quote & Garment Selection
Once the artwork’s locked in, we’ll send you a detailed quote. We’ll also walk you through our catalog to help pick the best apparel or merch for your goals, budget, and style.
Step 4: Print, Stitch, & Quality Check
Once approved, we move into production—screen printing, embroidery, or both. Our experienced team checks quality throughout, ensuring everything looks and feels just right.
Step 5: Packaging & Delivery
Your order is carefully packed and prepped for delivery or pickup.
Local to Newtown or Sandy Hook? We offer free delivery for bulk orders.
Not local? No problem—we ship nationwide.
Running an online store? We handle all the shipping for your customers.
Step 6: Ongoing Support
We’re not a one-and-done shop. We’re here after delivery to answer questions, fix issues, or help with reorders. Our goal? A long-term partnership you can count on.
